At SFC Solutions we are redefining manufacturing flexibility with our innovative SmartFlexCell technology, where the robot builds its own working place for the next production order. The robot arm couples to our hexapods (patented technology) and moves them around to a new position for every new order and a next holding fixture is created – holding the items precisely to be welded, machined, cut etc.

Various holding tools can be added to the hexapods to enable multiple functionalities and processes to be performed by the robot in the same cell.

The offline programming tool converts CAD drawings made into hexapod (including holding tools) positions and produces the code enabling the robot arm to place the hexapods correctly and start a next order.

Our User Interface (UI) is constructed to keep all programmed recipes to be picked up and call them up when the order is to be started, control the positioning of the hexapods and enable start of production. Done in a few minutes.
