SmartFlexCell is aimed at easy and agile usability. From 3D drawings of the parts to final robot program, setup of the cell and start of the production (simple, smart and fast).

We have 2 robot programming options to choose between:

The slightly more simple programming/simulation tool, where the hexapod setup/holding tools and the production process is easily simulated and programmed – though with some limitations to the choices of robot arm brand to include.

SFC simple robot program solution

The more advanced solution, where the entire production line can be simulated, programming the entire process and with practically no restrictions to the robot arms, tecnologies and brands included.

Wich solution to choose is always a matter of project complexity and a calculation of the Rol for each client.

SFC Solutions provides training to make efficient use of the software tools. But we can as well propose to take over the entire programming work – and as a service deliver programs ready to use when needed.
