How it works/what it includes
We can deliver our SmartFlexCell including the robot to manipulate the hexapods and performingthe welding/machining etc. – if the process is not yet robotized.
But if your process is already robotized our SmartFlexCell can also be inserted to your exiting robot cell – and enable flexibility to your existing robotized processes.
Our SmartFlexCell includes:
• The full table with hexapods and couplers for easily exchanging holding tools
• Holding toolsenabling to position and grasp as required to hold pieces to bewelded/machined etc.
• The offline programming tool (using Process Simulate), but possible to insert to be executed inside and as part of your existing robot program – if desired.
• PLC/UI for you to control/manipulate with the hexapods on-the-go and set up for a new production order in minutes.
• Electrical cabinet, wiring and all safety included.
Wich solution to choose is always a matter of project complexity and a calculation of the Rol for each client.
SFC Solutions provides training to make efficient use of the software tools. But we can as well propose to take over the entire programming work – and as a service deliver programs ready to use when needed.
